Job Summary

About the Position: This position is located at the Electronic Proving Ground (EPG), Test Resources and Laboratories Directorate, Fort Huachuca, Arizona. (merit)

Job Responsibilities

• Direct a subordinate workforce by establishing areas such as performance objectives, managing leave and training, and resolving grievances.
• Exercise position management authority to ensure compliance with sound personnel principles/programs.
• Direct test and evaluation support activities for areas such as Army Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, Sensors, and Navigation Warfare systems.
• Approve test project items such as plans, reports, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Develop long-range goals/strategic objectives to expand test mission capabilities.
• Plan organizational structure to align with mission priorities.
• Advise the Commander on areas such as complex military procedures, techniques, and devices.
• Develop test plans to determine if a system meets established criteria/user requirements.
